Will it hurt?
We put numbing gel on the gum before the needle, so you do not feel the injection. Raise your hand at any point during the work and we stop.
Can the quoted price change?
The written quote holds. If we find something extra mid-treatment we stop, show you the new price, and only continue once you agree.
How do I know the instruments are clean?
Every set is opened from a sealed pouch in front of you. The indicator strip on the pouch changes colour only after the autoclave — we want you to check it.
What if a tooth hurts at night?
Call 8890 — it is answered until 22:00, and after that write on Telegram. Most night pain holds until morning with painkillers, but facial swelling must be seen immediately.
From what age should I bring a child?
After the first tooth appears, or by their first birthday. Early visits are only counting and showing — we do no work at all.
Where do I park?
There are eight spaces behind the building. When those are full, the side street opposite the World Bank is free parking.
Send a photo of the tooth that hurts
Send the photo and when the pain started — we tell you whether it is an emergency or can wait for a normal appointment.
