Frequently asked
Is the meat halal?
Yes — slaughter is supervised by Sheikh Nuru Ahmed at Kera, with separate knives, boards, and chiller. The certificate hangs on the shop wall. Just say “halal” when you order.
How is the meat kept cold until it reaches me?
The display runs at 0–4 °C with a generator for power cuts, and every delivery goes out in an ice box, arriving within 90 minutes.
Can I buy a whole animal or a share?
Yes — quarter, half, or whole ox, plus whole lamb and goat. Send us your cut list and we separate kitfo, tibs, dulet, and qwanta into family-sized bags.
When should I place a holiday order?
Book at least ten days before Genna or Fasika with a 30% telebirr deposit. We send your pickup slot on Telegram so you skip the holiday-eve queue.
