How is the collection slot assigned?

As soon as the deposit lands we send a 30-minute window on Telegram. We open at 05:00 on the eve, and the earliest bookings collect first.

Can the slaughter be halal?

Yes — say so at booking. Sheikh Nuru Ahmed attends in person, and halal orders use separate knives, boards, and transport boxes.

What if the weight is under or over the estimate?

Every share is weighed on a stamped scale in front of you. If it comes in light we refund the difference on the spot; if it is heavier you pay only the per-kilo rate.
