What if the address is wrong or nobody is home?
The rider calls twice; if that fails the parcel returns to the Bole warehouse and is held for three days. A second attempt inside Addis is free.
When should I order for a holiday?
At least five days ahead for Genna and Fasika. Sheep and fresh-food orders land on the morning before the holiday.
What about a town that is not listed?
Ask us. We reach most regional towns by bus line and tell you the timing and fee before you pay.
