Work begins only after you approve, and we take a free backup first.

A 90-day warranty slip; the same fault returning is fixed at no charge.

How long will my repair take?

Screens and batteries are usually same-day. Board work takes 2–4 days, and imported parts can push it to a week — the quote always says which.

Can you collect the device?

A rider anywhere in Addis costs 150 ETB, waived on repairs above 2,000 ETB. TVs and fridges are handled on a home visit instead.

What if I turn down the quote?

We reassemble it exactly as it came in and hand it back free. Nothing leaves the bench half-open.
