Head teacher and founder
Early-years graduate of Kotebe College; twenty-two years in classrooms.
Meaza Hailu
KG 2 teacher
Runs the reading hour and teaches in both Amharic and English.

Toddler-room carer
Looks after 18-month to 2-year-olds and trains the staff in first aid.

Play and sport teacher
Leads outdoor play and the weekly swimming session.
