Do you deliver?
Anywhere in Addis within 24 hours — 100 ETB to Bole, Piazza, and Kazanchis, 150 ETB elsewhere, free over 2,000 ETB. Regional orders go by bus courier.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
Unworn items come back within seven days with the receipt for a size or product exchange. Made-to-measure and embroidered pieces are final, but we alter them free of charge.
How can I pay?
Telebirr, CBE Birr, and bank transfer; cash or card in the shop. Delivery orders are paid before the parcel leaves.
Can you make it to my measurements?
Yes. We measure you in store or you send measurements on Telegram. It takes 7–10 working days, and we choose the tibeb colour and pattern together.
