Do you start work before I agree?
Never. After the diagnosis a written estimate reaches you on Telegram, and no spanner moves until you say yes.
Are the parts genuine?
We quote two options side by side — genuine and a good-quality alternative — and we always hand back the old parts.
Do you work on electric cars?
Yes. One bay is set aside for high-voltage work and two technicians are trained for it. We service BYD, Toyota hybrid, and Hyundai systems.
Will you collect the car?
Free in Saris, Kality, Bole, and Gerji; three hundred birr beyond that. Collection runs all day, delivery until 17:00.
Is there a guarantee?
Twelve months on our labour — if the fault returns we redo it free. Parts carry the manufacturer’s own warranty.
Can I wait while you work?
You can — there is a waiting room with Wi-Fi and coffee. For anything over two hours it is better to leave the car.
