The office is open 09:00–20:00. Online classes follow the evening slot and the recording is shared for one week.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes — learners with at least 80% attendance who pass the final assessment receive a signed certificate of completion.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — half at registration and the balance in week three. We accept Telebirr, CBE transfer, or cash.
How big are the classes?
Never more than fourteen, and speaking-heavy language classes are capped at ten.
What if I miss a class?
Notes go out on Telegram, and you may sit one make-up session with another batch at no cost.
