How do I know it actually arrived?
You get a photo of the recipient holding the parcel, the time of handover, and the signed delivery note on Telegram — usually within two hours of drop-off.
What proof do I get?
For gifts, a photo and the recipient’s name. For school fees, the school’s stamped receipt. For medical, the prescription and pharmacy receipt. For cash, a photo of the signed receipt after an ID check.
Which cities outside Addis do you cover?
Bahir Dar, Hawassa, Mekelle, Adama, Dire Dawa, and Gondar — two to four days, with a regional fee of 250 to 600 ETB. Ask us about other towns; we can route them by bus line.
How do I pay from abroad?
Visa/Mastercard, Zelle from the US, Interac from Canada, and bank transfer from the Gulf. We quote in USD at the day’s rate and never take payment into a personal account.
