What do you serve on fasting days?
On Wednesdays, Fridays, and through every fasting season the kitchen goes fully ጾም — beyaynetu, shiro, misir, and alicha. The meat pots are kept separate.
How strong is your tej?
Two kinds — the sweet one is light, while the dry one that has sat fourteen days is considerably stronger. You can taste both before choosing.
Can we order a family platter for a group?
Yes — one platter serves four to six. For parties over fifteen, message us on Telegram a day ahead.
Which nights have live music?
Masinko on Tuesday, azmari on Thursday, eskista on Friday. No cover charge except on Friday.
